English for engineering: homework heading format

Remember!!
Leave a margin of at least  3 centimetres at the top, bottom and sides of the paper.
Write the your name and the page number in the very top right-hand corner of the paper. If you are typing the paragraph, put your name and page number in the header on the right-hand side.
In the top left hand corner of the paper type the heading (your name , id number, class name, assignment name, and date).
Leave a line space between the heading and the title.
Indent the first line of the paragraph.
Add a word count at the end of the paragraph.
If you are typing your paragraph, use Times New Roman fonts, size 12. Always double-space your paragraph.
